Detail:
This training session, led by the Metropolitan Police, is a basic introduction to police powers and policies to stop and search, including use of force and rights and entitlements. The session lasts for 45-60 minutes, with time for any questions. The aim is to improve public knowledge of what Police can and cannot do, which fits into the Met’s values, principles and the objectives of the Stop & Search Charter.
