To understand Merton’s Child, Young Person and Family Wellbeing Model and how it’s used to support assessment of needs
To be familiar with a range of tools to aid effective work with families (including Early Help Assessment and Plans)
To understand the role of the Lead Practitioner and Team Around the Family
To know how and where to access advice and support
This training is suitable for all levels of the London Competency Framework Training Levels.
