course will provide delegates with an opportunity to explore how to tackle Diversity in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in relation to race, culture, gender, and disability.

The training will help delegates unpick the importance of embedding equality and diversity into practice and provision which will enable every child to be represented, respected and able to thrive.

The sessions will explore gender stereotyping, appropriate language around gender and disability and celebrating diversity of race and culture without being tokenistic. Delegates will also consider what anti-racist practice looks like in the EYFS.
